Why QQI?
QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland) was formed in 2012 to combine the standalone agencies of FETAC, HETAC, and NQAI.
QQI is responsible for developing and maintaining the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) and promoting quality and accountability in Irish training and education services.

Live Virtual Classroom
“Live virtual classroom” means that you’ll get almost the same experience as an in-person classroom course through connecting online.
Live virtual training is delivered in real time by our experienced tutors. You’ll join a class and be able to participate in discussions and group exercises, ask questions, and receive guidance and feedback – all from your own living room!
To connect with our live virtual classroom training, you’ll need:
- A good internet connection (home connections are fine)
- An internet-enabled device (computer, tablet, smartphone)
- Your device must have a web-camera, speakers, and microphone
Courses Available in Live Virtual Format:
In-House
In-house training can also be referred to as “in-company”, “on-site”, or simply “corporate” training.
This style of training is designed for teams or groups of participants from a particular company.
We will deliver training to your team on dates you choose. We can customise the programme to focus on the kind of projects you work with regularly.
In-house training can be delivered online via our live virtual platform (great for remote teams) or if social distancing allows, in person at your premises.
